Also public construction floor underneath the final finished floor level to which is called a screed this is made out of sharpe and cement as a ratio of 4 to 1 we have installed floor insulation which will be approximately 80 mm thick this will have great thermal unit insulation qualities that will help keep the chill off the floor the winter months.
